We pull the permit through Allen's Citizen Self-Service portal, handle the licensed electrical work for the motor, and keep the setbacks and drainage-easement clearances right.
Allen is genuinely HOA-heavy, and architectural-committee review is the norm — Twin Creeks' committee reviews exterior changes (typically up to 30 days), and Watters Crossing runs its own ACC.
