Hi, I'm Audie, the owner of Audie Builds. My first remodel was my mom's bathroom. She loved it, the work came naturally to me, and I realized I'd found something I could happily build a life around. From there I learned the trades the hands-on way: carpentry, tile, windows and doors, fencing, painting, roofing, even light plumbing and electrical. Almost all of it I picked up in the field, with my own two hands.
Screens entered the picture through Mirage. I picked up the dealership as one more way to solve problems for my clients, and it snowballed from there: different manufacturers, different systems, different price points for different homes, restaurants, and budgets. Today I'm an authorized, manufacturer-trained dealer for SunPro, Universal MotionScreen, Progressive Screens (MagnaTrack), and Mirage, plus Cover Your Pergola on the structure side. Along the way I've gotten connected to some of the best people in the screen industry. Today the company leads with three things: motorized and manual screens, bathroom remodels, and handyman repairs and small remodels. Around those, I manage the fences, roofing, windows and siding a house needs as the general contractor, with vetted crews I have worked with for years.
That construction depth is the difference on screen jobs: I can spot the out-of-square opening, plan the power path, and handle the build-out myself, because I've done that work for years. For licensed electrical and plumbing I partner with trusted professionals, and I collaborate with interior designers when a project calls for it. One point of contact, start to finish.
