Websites and Lead Tools for Local Businesses

A fast custom website that gets found, a lead log that alerts the owners, and a project journal your team posts to from a phone. Built by a contractor who runs his own business on the same tools. You own everything, and it runs for tens of dollars a month.

For contractors, remodelers, realtors and home-service companies in Dallas-Fort Worth. Websites from $5,000. Lead tools and the project journal are quoted per project. Hosting, email and the other running costs are paid by you, directly to the providers.

Most local business websites cannot do the one thing they exist for: take an inquiry and make sure the right person sees it. A page-builder site with a mailto link, no analytics and a gallery nobody has updated in a year is the normal state of things. We know because we audited one for a McKinney builder, rebuilt it, and wrote up what changed.

We are not a web agency. Audie Builds is a screens, bathrooms and repairs contractor in Plano that built its own website, lead system and job tools, and now builds the same for other local businesses when they ask. That is the whole pitch: the person building your site has answered a lead from a job site at 7 am and knows what the form needs to do.

What you get

A fast custom site that gets found

Real pages for each service and each project, built so Google and the AI assistants can read every word.

  • Structured data, a sitemap, Google Analytics and Search Console set up on day one
  • Redirects from every old address, checked live, so no link breaks when you move
  • Photos in three sizes and fonts served from the site: speed scores near 100 on phones
  • Moved off Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy without losing what Google already knows about you

Lead capture and a simple CRM

One form, and every inquiry reaches the owners with a record of where it came from.

  • Alerts to both owners, an "I'll take it" claim, statuses and notes
  • A monthly report by source, including the AI assistants by name
  • Spam screened by a bot check and a Spam tab, never silently hidden
  • Works like an app on a phone; nothing to learn beyond a screen

A project journal and portfolio

Your team posts a job from a phone and every post becomes a real page Google can find.

  • Photos from the camera roll, a voice note or a rough line, and an AI draft
  • A person reads, fixes and publishes; nothing goes live on its own
  • Address and privacy checks before publishing
  • Customers follow a project by email, with a one-click unsubscribe

Google presence and the rules of your trade

The listing and the legal lines most sites forget.

  • Business Profile fixes and one business name, address and phone everywhere
  • An honest reviews plan: ask real past clients, no incentives
  • Realtors: the TREC notices Texas requires. Water damage: no insurance or deductible promises
  • Homeowner privacy: street names, blurred names, people kept off the site

How it works

1. A short call and a free look

What works on your current site, what is broken, and what Google shows when someone searches your name.

2. A written proposal

One price, a timeline, what you get at each step, and what you will own at the end.

3. Build, launch, hand over the keys

Every account in your name. You pay hosting and email directly. If you ever want to work with someone else, you take it all with you.

You own it

The domain, the code, the database and every account are in your name from the first day. There is no platform to be locked into and no monthly fee to us to keep the lights on.

Tens of dollars a month to run

A small custom app on a $5 to $10 host, email for your people, photo storage that costs almost nothing, and a few dollars of AI if you use the journal. SJ4 Construction runs its site, lead system and journal for about $25 a month.

Built for search, measured with you

We build the groundwork search engines and AI assistants need, and we set up the tools that show what it is doing. We do not promise rankings or lead counts. Nobody honest can.

Questions local businesses ask

Do I own the site?

Yes. Domain, code, database and accounts are in your name from the start, and you pay the providers directly. We hand over the keys at launch.

What does it cost to run each month?

Tens of dollars. Hosting $5 to $10, email for your people, storage close to nothing, and a few dollars of AI if you use the journal. There is no website-builder subscription.

Can you move my site off Wix or Squarespace without losing Google?

Yes. Every old address redirects to its new page with a permanent redirect, the sitemap and structured data go up on launch day, and we check each redirect live before we point the domain.

Do you do SEO?

We build for search: real pages, structured data, descriptions on every photo, speed, and plain sentences assistants can quote. Then we set up the tools that measure it. We do not promise rankings; the work is the groundwork, and the results take months to show.

Can my team update it?

Projects, yes, from a phone: photos, a voice note, an AI draft, and a person approves before it goes live. Page copy changes are a quick request, or we add a simple editor if you want one.

How long does it take?

A few weeks from an approved design, depending on how fast photos and copy come together. SJ4 Construction's site went live in one overnight sitting from a design approved during the proposal, and the lead tools followed within a week.

Why would a contractor build my website?

Because we run our own business on these tools. The lead log, the journal and the form were built for our own jobs first, so we know what a business owner needs from them at 7 am on a job site.
